These Terms of Service govern access to and use of the Elite Growth platform. 1. Acceptance — By creating an account you agree to these terms and to the Customer Agreement, Privacy Policy and Risk Disclosure. 2. Eligibility — You must be of legal age in your jurisdiction and able to enter into a binding contract. Accounts may require identity verification before certain features become available. 3. Your account — You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity carried out through your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised access. 4. Orders — Orders placed through the platform are subject to review and to available balance. We may decline, cancel or reverse an order where it breaches these terms or applicable law. 5. Fees — Applicable fees are disclosed before you confirm an order or a funding instruction and are listed on the Fees page. 6. Availability — We aim to keep the platform available at all times but do not warrant uninterrupted access. 7. Changes — We may update these terms.
