Customer Agreement

This Customer Agreement sets out the relationship between you and Elite Growth in relation to your investment account. 1. Account opening — Your account is opened once registration is complete. Certain features require identity verification. 2. Instructions — We act on instructions submitted through your authenticated session. You are responsible for their accuracy. 3. Balances — Your cash balance reflects confirmed deposits, order settlements, dividends and confirmed withdrawals. Buying power reflects the funds available to place new orders. 4. Order handling — Orders are recorded with a unique reference and a status. Status changes are visible in Activity and in your order history. 5. Funding — Deposits are credited once confirmed. Withdrawals are paid to a destination you nominate and pass through security verification and review before processing. 6. Statements and confirmations — Documents are made available in your Document Center. 7. Closure — Either party may close the account in line with these terms, subject to the settlement of open items.
